(Baonghean.vn) - It is estimated that in the first nine months of 2018, Nghe An's merchandise export turnover reached approximately 548 million USD, an increase of 7.9% compared to the same period in 2017, achieving 78.3% of the annual plan (700 million USD).

Export activities in the first nine months of 2018 involved more than 146 businesses in the province. Of these, 43 businesses achieved export turnover of 1 million USD or more, and 23 businesses achieved export turnover of 3 million USD or more.
The group of agricultural products with strong export growth includes: wood chips, textiles, various types of fibers and yarns, cassava starch, various types of seafood, rice, etc.
