Nghe An province has established its first all-female special police squad.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 11th, the Mobile Police Department of the Provincial Police organized a swearing-in ceremony to establish a female special forces police squad under the Mobile Police Company.

The all-female Special Police Squad consists of 10 officers and soldiers, including one Squad Leader and one Deputy Squad Leader. The establishment of the all-female Special Police Squad will contribute to the diversity of the Special Police force, meeting the requirements of the current situation and improving the effectiveness of ensuring security and order in the area.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Duc Hai - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, presented flowers to congratulate the female Special Forces Police Team.

Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Duc Hai requested that, in addition to coordinating and effectively carrying out the professional duties of the Mobile Police Department, the female officers of the Special Police Squad must thoroughly study combat tactics, be flexible and creative in developing operational programs and plans, and be ready to participate in resolving operational situations and complex security and order situations occurring in the area.

To effectively leverage the unique roles and advantages of female special forces police officers in carrying out specialized missions; to train their physical fitness, mobility, and modern techniques and tactics to truly become an elite force.
