Nghe An organizes Vinh Orange Fair for the first time

(Baonghean.vn) - According to the plan of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee, from December 27-30, 2017, Vinh Orange Fair will take place in Vinh City, chaired and organized by the Department of Science and Technology.

It is expected that there will be about 40 booths displaying oranges from the districts of Nghia Dan, Quy Hop, Yen Thanh, Con Cuong, Anh Son, Thanh Chuong, Tan Ky, and Nghi Loc.

This is the first time Nghe An has organized the Vinh Orange Fair. The fair is an opportunity for organizations, associations, farms, and orange-producing households to promote, introduce, products, potentials, and share experiences in growing clean oranges and applying scientific and technical advances to improve the productivity and quality of Vinh oranges. Thereby, contributing to bringing Vinh orange products to more and more consumers in and outside the province.

On the sidelines of booth activities and experience sharing, the fair also organized a Vinh orange contest with the theme "Booth of beautiful, delicious, safe Vinh - Nghe An orange products"; Workshop "Management and development of Vinh - Nghe An orange brand" to introduce and exchange useful information for organizations, businesses, orange growing households and people interested in the Vinh orange brand.

Through the workshop, delegates will share experiences in developing community tourism associated with orange farm models and eco-tourism associated with high-tech agricultural products of Nghe An./.
