Speaking at the ceremony, a representative from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism emphasized: The family is the foundation of society, the place where character, morality, love, and tolerance are formed. In the context of modern society with many pressures and changes, domestic violence still occurs silently, causing serious harm to women, children, and the elderly. Organizing the Action Month aims not only to speak out against acts of violence but also to awaken concern and action from each individual to cultivate good family values.

In the coming period, Nghe An will continue to promote diverse communication activities, organize dialogues and thematic seminars, and commend outstanding collectives and individuals in the work of preventing and combating domestic violence. Model projects at the local level will be reviewed and replicated to create sustainable dissemination. Many visual communication methods such as banners, electronic billboards, social media, and newspapers will also be widely implemented to bring the message of the Action Month to every citizen.
The artistic program within the framework of the launching ceremony was rich in traditional cultural elements blended with a modern touch, celebrating family affection, love, and responsibility. The elaborately staged performances left many viewers with profound emotions.

The launching ceremony not only awakened social responsibility towards the prevention and control of domestic violence but also provided an opportunity for everyone to reflect and appreciate the simple yet profound values of the word "family" - where life begins and love never ends.
