The main reasons stem from not knowing how to swim and a lack of knowledge and skills in preventing drowning accidents. Therefore, launching a nationwide movement to encourage people to practice swimming and equip themselves with safety skills in aquatic environments is extremely urgent in order to minimize tragic accidents.
