(Baonghean.vn) - Smelling a foul smell, people checked the 2-story rented house and discovered the body of a man in the process of decomposition.
On October 31, the leader of Vinh City Police said that the family had completed the procedure to not conduct an autopsy and received the body of Duong Manh Cuong (born in 1985), residing in Thanh Long commune, Thanh Chuong district, for burial according to local customs.

Previously, residents on Luc Nien Street, Vinh Tan Ward (Vinh City) smelled a strong stench coming from a 2-story house at number 33. When checking, residents discovered a man lying dead in the living room.
At the scene, the victim had died many days ago, the body was lying on a mat in the front living room, in an advanced stage of decomposition.
It is known that the victim had only rented a room here for 5 days, had no wife or children, and was self-employed. Upon receiving the information, the victim's family came and took the victim's body home for burial.
