(Baonghean.vn) - Currently, there are 34 credit institutions in our province developing ATM payment services with 242 ATMs and 913 POS terminals, thus meeting the transaction needs of customers in the province.

To improve ATM operations, especially during the peak year-end period, credit institutions in the province are implementing many proactive solutions.

The Vietcombank ATM in Vinh is always busy with customers making transactions.

ATM locations are receiving increasing attention to better serve customers' transactions.

In addition to developing their ATM networks, credit institutions in the area are also increasing the number of staff on duty to handle any issues that arise for customers using ATMs, ensuring good system maintenance, and establishing hotlines.

Some banks have large ATM networks, such as Vietcombank with 27 machines, processing salary payments through accounts for 239 units, and Agribank Nghe An with 34 ATMs serving a total of 679 units that pay salaries through accounts.
