Nghe An promotes tourism and cuisine at the Hue International Food Festival.
From December 18-21, at Thuong Bac Park (Hue City), Nghe An province will participate in the 2025 International Food Festival “Hue – Culinary Capital”. This event marks the beginning of a series of unique cultural and tourism activities leading up to the closing of the National Tourism Year – Hue 2025.
The International Food Festival “Hue – Culinary Capital” is a large-scale cultural and tourism event, bringing together numerous food stalls from provinces and cities across the country. The event aims to honor the unique values of Hue cuisine, while also introducing and promoting the culinary essence of Vietnam and the world to a wide audience of locals and tourists.
Within the framework of the Festival, Nghe An participated with many rich and attractive activities such as organizing exhibition spaces to introduce specialty dishes; demonstrating the preparation of Nghe An's specialty eel dish; and introducing characteristic products.OCOP productsrepresentative.
In addition, the Nghe An delegation also participated in the opening ceremony, conferences, specialized seminars, and many side activities of the event.
Through its participation in the Festival, Nghe An promotes its diverse and distinctive culinary image, while strengthening connections and promoting tourism with other localities. The exhibitions, exchanges, and networking activities at the event contribute to introducing Nghe An as a new destination, linked to tourism in the Mekong Delta and flower seasons; expanding opportunities for cooperation with localities and businesses, thereby attracting and expanding the tourist market to Nghe An during the off-season.
