The art program "Lam River Spirit" includes two main chapters: "The picture of Nghe An" and "Lam River Spirit".
In particular, the highlight of the Countdown Program - Welcome New Year 2024 is the 15-minute low-altitude fireworks display, combined with music at exactly 00:00 on January 1, 2024. All funding comes from socialized sources, mobilized from units, organizations and businesses.
