At the beginning of the session, the Department of Internal Affairs reported on the Draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council replacing Resolution No. 118/2013/NQ-HĐND dated December 13, 2013, on the allowance level for officials and civil servants working at the one-stop and integrated one-stop service centers in Nghe An province...

According to the draft, officials and employees working in the one-stop and integrated one-stop service departments of specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee and equivalent bodies; district-level People's Committees; commune-level People's Committees; and public service units with one-stop service departments as prescribed by the Provincial People's Committee are entitled to an allowance. The support level is 400,000 VND/person/month.

Next, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment reported on the Draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council on changing the land use purpose of rice cultivation land, protective forest land, and special-use forest land to implement investment projects in Nghe An province; and the Draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council approving the list of works and projects in Nghe An province requiring land acquisition as stipulated in Clause 3, Article 62 of the Land Law.

Accordingly, the land use purpose of rice paddies, protective forests, and special-use forests will be changed to implement 137 projects in Nghe An province with a total area of ​​226.39 hectares, including 195.01 hectares of rice paddies and 31.38 hectares of protective forests.

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Duong, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, agreed with the content of the draft documents to be approved at the upcoming session of the Provincial People's Council. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to coordinate with other departments and agencies to review the list of land use conversion projects, supplement and finalize the draft documents, and prepare them well for submission to the Provincial People's Committee for approval at the upcoming session of the Provincial People's Council.
