On the afternoon of December 15th, the Department of Education and Training organized a thematic conference on "Building..."school"Happiness" was celebrated with the participation of representatives from the Departments of Education and Training and high schools throughout the province.

The symposium "Building Happy Schools" took place afterMinistry of Education and TrainingWe organized a campaign called "For a Happy Learning School." The focus of this model is "Happy School - Happy Teacher - Happy Student," with three core criteria: love, safety, and respect.

In relation to this model, the Vietnam Education Union has also implemented a plan to build happy schools with three specific criteria, based on criteria related to the environment and personal development, teaching and learning; and criteria related to relationships inside and outside the school.

With the above significance in mind, at the conference "Building Happy Schools," delegates listened to Mr. Dang Tu An – Vice Chairman of the Management Board, Director of the Vietnam General Education Innovation Support Fund, former Director of the Primary Education Department – ​​Ministry of Education and Training, present on the topic "The Happy School Model, a Solution to Improve the Quality of Comprehensive Education."

This provides teachers and staff with an understanding of the concept of a happy school, its structure, and operating principles. Furthermore, it analyzes current shortcomings in schools and proposes solutions for effectively implementing the model in practice. The goal of building a happy environment is for everyone to be happy, with the happiness of the learners being the highest priority. Simultaneously, students should develop holistically, becoming their true selves in a safe, friendly, and loving learning environment.

Speaking at the conference, Director of the Department of Education and Training Thai Van Thanh stated that building a happy school model is of great importance to schools. However, this is a difficult model, and in addition to the efforts of teachers and students, it is also necessary to build a friendly, safe, and loving environment. The immediate priority is to build green, clean, beautiful, safe, healthy, and friendly schools.

Nghe An is a land of learning with a tradition of valuing education. Many teachers teach students with affection and love, and know how to influence and guide their students, even those with behavioral problems. Therefore, with this tradition, the Department's leadership believes that the building of happy schools will be embraced by schools with many practical and meaningful actions.
