Nghe An strengthens inspection, supervision and urging of the implementation of Project 06

The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a document on the implementation of Directive No. 07/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister on promoting the implementation of Project 06/CP.

Accordingly, on March 14, 2025, the Prime Minister issued Directive No. 07/CT-TTg on promoting the implementation of the Project on developing applications of population data, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period of 2022 - 2025, with a vision to 2030 in ministries, branches and localities in 2025 and the following years (Directive). To ensure synchronous, consistent and effective implementation, the Provincial People's Committee requests agencies, units and localities to focus on implementing the following tasks:

Directors of Departments, Heads of provincial-level departments and branches; Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, cities and towns:

Continue to maintain high political determination in leadership and direction in implementing the Project on developing applications of population data, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period of 2022 - 2025, with a vision to 2030 (Project 06/CP) at their agencies and units in 2025; strengthen inspection, supervision and urging the implementation of tasks by sector and field on a weekly and monthly basis and specifically announce the results and benefits enjoyed by people and businesses.

Urgently overcome shortcomings, limitations, and tasks that are behind schedule:

Speed ​​up the implementation of tasks, especially tasks that are behind schedule in Plan No. 135/KH-UBND dated February 28, 2025 of the People's Committee of Nghe An province on the implementation of Project 06/CP in Nghe An province in 2025 to complete the targets and tasks assigned in the Directive.

Based on the functions and tasks of the unit and the guidance and direction of the Ministry and the governing sector, focus on advising and assisting the Provincial People's Committee in organizing the implementation of: 19 general tasks in Section A, task No. 19 in Section B, 05 tasks of the Provincial People's Committee in Section C of the Appendix issued with the Directive; especially focus on 03 assigned contents in Point o, Section 2 of the Directive.

Assigned to Department of Science and TechnologyContinue to guide relevant departments, branches and sectors to upgrade and complete information technology infrastructure to meet the requirements in Official Dispatch No. 1552/BTTTT-TTH dated April 26, 2022 of the Ministry of Information and Communications on guiding essential technology components to implement Project 06/CP.

Assign the Provincial Police - Standing Agency to preside over,Coordinate with the Provincial People's Committee Office, Department of Home Affairs, Department of Science and Technology and relevant agencies and units to advise and assist the Provincial People's Committee in monitoring, urging and inspecting the implementation process; summarize problems and difficulties arising (if any) during the implementation process and report to the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Working Group on the situation and results of implementing Directive No. 07/CT-TTg mentioned above according to regulations./.
