The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a document on the implementation of Directive No. 07/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister on promoting the implementation of Project 06/CP.
Accordingly, on March 14, 2025, the Prime Minister issued Directive No. 07/CT-TTg on promoting the implementation of the Project on developing data applications on population, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period 2022 - 2025, with a vision to 2030, in ministries, sectors, and localities in 2025 and subsequent years (the Directive). To ensure synchronous, continuous, and effective implementation, the Provincial People's Committee requests agencies, units, and localities to focus on performing the following tasks:
Directors of Departments, Heads of provincial-level agencies and branches; Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, cities, and towns:
Continue to maintain high political determination in leading and directing the implementation of the Project on developing data applications on population, electronic identification and authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period 2022 - 2025, with a vision to 2030 (Project 06/CP) in your agency/unit in 2025; strengthen inspection, supervision, and urging of the implementation of tasks by sector and field on a weekly and monthly basis, and specifically announce the results and benefits enjoyed by citizens and businesses.
Urgently address existing shortcomings and limitations, and tackle tasks that are behind schedule:
Accelerate the implementation of tasks, especially those that are behind schedule, as outlined in Plan No. 135/KH-UBND dated February 28, 2025, of the People's Committee of Nghe An province on the implementation of Project 06/CP in Nghe An province in 2025, in order to complete the targets and tasks assigned in the Directive.
Based on the unit's functions and responsibilities, and the guidance and direction of the relevant ministries and agencies, focus on advising and assisting the Provincial People's Committee in organizing and implementing: 19 general tasks in Section A, task No. 19 in Section B, and 5 tasks of the Provincial People's Committee in Section C of the Appendix attached to the Directive; especially focusing on the 3 contents assigned in point o, Section 2 of the Directive.
Assign to the Department of Science and TechnologyContinue to guide relevant departments and agencies in upgrading and improving information technology infrastructure to meet the requirements of Official Letter No. 1552/BTTTT-TTH dated April 26, 2022, from the Ministry of Information and Communications regarding guidance on essential technology components for implementing Project 06/CP.
The Provincial Police Department - the Standing Agency in charge,In coordination with the Provincial People's Committee Office, the Department of Internal Affairs, the Department of Science and Technology, and other relevant agencies and units, advise and assist the Provincial People's Committee in monitoring, urging, and inspecting the implementation process; summarize any problems or difficulties arising during the implementation process and report to the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Task Force on the situation and results of the implementation of Directive No. 07/CT-TTg as prescribed./.
