Nghe An province is providing training for 200 Youth Union and Young Pioneer cadres.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of August 17th, the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union organized a training course for 200 Youth Union and Young Pioneer leaders from schools across the province.

This activity is part of a collaborative program between the Youth Union and the Department of Education and Training aimed at strengthening professional knowledge and skills in Youth Union and Young Pioneer activities in schools; training, developing, and improving the qualifications of cadres to meet the needs and tasks in the new situation for the team directly involved in Youth Union and Young Pioneer activities in schools.

Attending this year's training conference were 200 participants, including officials from the Youth and Children's Committees of schools, the Children's Council, key Youth Union officials from high schools, and teachers in charge of the Children's Team in primary and secondary schools throughout the province.

Regarding the work of the Youth Union and the children's movement, the training content focuses on improving skills in implementing the Law on Children and preventing gender-based violence in schools; solutions to improve the quality of the Youth Union member training program; methods and teaching of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers' Union rituals; and methods and skills in organizing games for children.

Regarding the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement in schools, the delegates participating in the training were introduced to topics such as: drug prevention, skills in organizing group games, solutions to improve the quality of education on revolutionary ideals, ethics, and cultural lifestyles for students; and skills for school Youth Union officials in the new situation.

This training conference aims to equip participants with new knowledge, focusing on in-depth exchange and discussion, proposing new solutions to difficult problems at the grassroots level, and methods for organizing Youth Union and Young Pioneer activities in a truly effective, scientific, and professional manner, contributing to improving the quality of student movement activities.

The training conference took place over two days (August 17-18) in Cua Lo town.
