Nghe An participates in Thanh Hoa Food and Culture Festival 2024.
On the evening of June 27th, the opening ceremony of the 2024 Thanh Hoa Culinary Culture Festival, themed "Rich in Identity - Radiant in Excellence," took place at Sam Son Beach Square in Thanh Hoa province.
The festival will take place from June 27th to June 30th, 2024, with activities such as introducing local cuisine, displaying and selling local specialties and OCOP products; introducing and advising on tours, routes, and tourism products; introducing, displaying, demonstrating, processing, and selling delicious dishes, specialties, and typical products from localities inside and outside the province; and showcasing the cultural space of ethnic minorities in Thanh Hoa province and cooperating localities.
The 2024 Thanh Hoa Food and Culture Festival will feature over 100 booths from districts, towns, and cities within the province, as well as some other localities nationwide, including: Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Ninh Binh, Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Thai Binh, Thai Nguyen, Bac Giang, Vinh Phuc, Lai Chau, Yen Bai, Son La, Dien Bien, Tuyen Quang, Dak Lak, Lam Dong, Gia Lai…
Nghe An participates in the Festival with the theme"Experience the culinary essence of Nghe An"The aim is to promote and introduce outstanding local products and cuisine (dishes made from eel, Nam Dan veal sausage, seafood products, specialties from the western districts, etc.), high-quality OCOP products, and to showcase publications, items, brochures, leaflets, tour programs, and posters and banners about Nghe An's tourist attractions to the people and tourists participating in the festival.
Participating in the Thanh Hoa Culinary Culture Festival in 2024 is one of the activities implemented by the People's Committees of Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, and Ha Tinh provinces in accordance with the cooperation and linkage plan in the fields of tourism and culture between the Department of Tourism of Nghe An, the Department of Culture and Sports of Nghe An, and the Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ha Tinh and Thanh Hoa provinces for the period 2023-2025.
Participating in the festival is an opportunity for organizations, individuals, restaurant and hotel businesses, food service establishments, and OCOP product manufacturers from provinces and cities nationwide in general, and Nghe An in particular, to exchange experiences, learn from each other, and contribute to improving service quality.
