On November 22nd, the Nghe An Department of Health issued urgent notice No. 83 regarding locations related to COVID-19 patients. The locations mentioned in this notice include:
- Kiosk No. 64 and Kiosk No. 65 at the Service Area - Ong Hoang Muoi Temple in Hung Thinh commune, Hung Nguyen district, from November 6th to November 20th, 2021.
- Vaccination point: Auditorium, 2nd floor, Nghe An Provincial Center for Disease Control (No. 140, Le Hong Phong Street, Vinh City) from approximately 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM on November 18, 2021.

The Nghe An Department of Health requests that all residents present at these two locations immediately contact the nearest commune/ward health station for assistance.
