*AfterThe Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard master plan has been approved.The People's Committee of Cua Lo town organized the preparation of adjustments to the 1/2000 scale zoning plan for Nghi Hoa and Nghi Huong wards to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for approval, and the Provincial People's Committee approved the zoning plans for these wards.

*According to adjustments made by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance, from 3 PM on November 1st,The price of RON 95-III gasoline increased by 410 VND per liter.Gasoline prices rose to 22,750 VND. E5 RON 92 gasoline also increased by 380 VND, reaching 21,870 VND. Other petroleum products also saw price increases, with diesel rising by 290 VND per liter; kerosene by 120 VND; and fuel oil by 190 VND per kilogram. This marks the third consecutive price increase for these products since mid-October.
