According to the forecast of the Central Meteorological and Hydrological Center, at 1:00 AM on August 2nd, the typhoon's center will be located at approximately 19.2 degrees North latitude and 107.8 degrees East longitude, over the Gulf of Tonkin, about 120 km south of Bach Long Vi island district. The strongest winds near the center of the typhoon will be at level 8 (60-75 km/hour). By 1:00 AM on August 3rd, the typhoon's center will be located at approximately 20.3 degrees North latitude and 105.2 degrees East longitude, over the mainland in the southern part of the Northern Delta and Thanh Hoa province.

In Nghe An province, due to the influence of a tropical depression, moderate to heavy rain fell last night and early this morning. The rainfall from 7 PM on July 31st to 7 AM on August 1st ranged from 20 to 40 mm.

According to information from the Fisheries Department, Nghe An currently has 3,447 fishing vessels at sea. By 9:00 AM on August 1st, nearly 2,500 vessels had returned to anchor at storm shelters. The remaining vessels are en route back to shore, and no vessels have lost contact.
Currently, the Coastal Station (Fisheries Sub-Department) is constantly on duty, reporting the direction of movement of the tropical depression, and simultaneously guiding and urging vessels at sea to return to shore as soon as possible to avoid damage from the tropical depression in the East Sea.
