*SOn January 12, under the chairmanship of comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the delegation of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee attended the 13th National Congress of the Party.organize meetingto carry out a number of related contents according to regulations. Attending the meeting were comrades: Nguyen Van Thong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Xuan Son - Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.

According to Notice No. 238-TB/TW dated December 23, 2020 of the Politburo, Comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee is the Head of the Provincial Party Delegation. The Provincial Party Standing Committee unanimously assigned Comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee as Deputy Head of the Delegation.

At the conference, delegates from departments, branches and localities focused on discussing, pointing out existing problems and proposing solutions to ensure traffic safety and order in the coming time, especially before, during and after the Lunar New Year 2021.

At the conference, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam suggested that the information and communications industry needs to arouse creativity, determination and aspiration, and more importantly, point out ways to innovate more strongly, pioneer digital transformation, digital technology continues to create new progress, and develop the information technology industry.

Previously, Vinh City officially selected 4 routes to make a walking street, including: Ho Tung Mau Street (from Nai Bridge to the starting point of Nguyen Trung Ngan Street); Nguyen Van Cu Street (the starting point intersects with Ho Tung Mau Street, the end point intersects with Le Hong Phong Street); Nguyen Trung Ngan Street connects with alley number 2 of Nguyen Trung Ngan Street, the end point intersects with Nguyen Van Cu Street and Nguyen Tai Street.

*DOn the night of January 11 and the morning of January 12, many localities in the border region of Nghe An had temperatures as low as 0 degrees Celsius, causingwhite frostmountains and forests. According to records on the morning of January 12, the temperature at Tam Hop Border Control Station of Tam Hop Border Post (Tuong Duong) and many border areas in Ky Son dropped below 0 degrees Celsius. In such conditions, functional agencies and local authorities together with people deployed solutions to ensure people's health. Some localities let students stay home from school.
