*SOn July 12th, under the chairmanship of National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue, Chairman of the National Election Council, the National Election Council held its 8th and final plenary session to review remaining tasks and vote on a resolution.Confirmation of eligibility for National Assembly delegates of the 15th term.for the 499 people who were elected.

On June 10th, the National Election Council announced the official list of 499 elected representatives to the 15th National Assembly. According to the Law on Election of National Assembly Representatives and People's Council Representatives at all levels, today (July 12th) is the deadline for considering complaints and denunciations related to the election and confirming the qualifications of National Assembly representatives.

*SOn July 12th, the Nghe An Provincial Police solemnly organized...75th Anniversary CelebrationVietnam People's Security Force (July 12, 1946 - July 12, 2021).

At the commemoration ceremony, recognizing the contributions of the People's Security Force of Nghe An Provincial Police, the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, and the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee presented the Nghe An Provincial Police with a banner inscribed: "The People's Security Force of Nghe An Provincial Police: 75 Years of Building, Fighting, and Maturing".

On this occasion, the Provincial Police awarded prizes to collectives and individuals who achieved outstanding results in the competition to learn about the 75-year tradition of Vietnamese People's Security.

*SOn July 12th, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province held its 6th online conference to...Reviewing the results of the first six months of the yearand implement key tasks from now until the end of 2021.

Also at the conference, the Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee launched the "For Ho Chi Minh City" campaign, calling on organizations, units, businesses, and citizens to support and share with the people of Ho Chi Minh City in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic.

*TAccording to the Nghe An Provincial Center for Disease Control, in the past 12 hours (from 7:00 PM on July 11th to 7:00 AM on July 12th, 2021), in Nghe An province...No new cases of Covid-19 were recorded.

To date, Nghe An province has recorded 131 positive cases of Covid-19 across 10 localities, including: Vinh City: 89, Dien Chau: 18, Tan Ky: 1, Quy Hop: 5, Nam Dan: 5, Do Luong: 1, Hoang Mai Town: 2, Nghia Dan: 1, Nghi Loc: 4, and Quynh Luu: 5.

*TAt noon on July 12th, the Nghe An Department of Healthorganize a send-off ceremonyTo the team of volunteer officials, doctors, and nurses from Nghe An province to reinforce Ho Chi Minh City in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic.

The task force comprises 60 doctors, nurses, and technicians, including 31 women. These are healthcare professionals working at various hospitals: Friendship General Hospital of Nghe An Province, Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital, Endocrinology Hospital, Nghe An Lung Hospital, Orthopedic and Trauma Hospital; Northwest Regional General Hospital, Vinh City General Hospital, Nghi Loc, Dien Chau, Do Luong, Thanh Chuong, and Quy Hop Medical Center, who volunteered to be on the front lines of the fight against the epidemic.

*SOn July 12th, the Nghi Loc District Police (Nghe An province) announced that they had just...Successful investigation into a gambling ring.and organized gambling in the form of "football betting," arresting 8 related individuals.

Earlier, while eight individuals were betting on the Euro 2020 semi-final match between England and Denmark, authorities raided the premises, catching them red-handed for gambling and organizing gambling activities. Initial investigations revealed that the individuals had gambled over 1.6 billion VND.
