*SAfter more than 2.5 working days, on the morning of December 13, 2020,17th Session of the 17th Provincial People's CouncilThe term of office from 2016 to 2021 has concluded, and at this session...through 25 resolutionssocio-economic development and several policy mechanisms to promote development as well as support certain disadvantaged groups were discussed. In his closing remarks at the 17th session of the 17th Provincial People's Council, Chairman Nguyen Xuan Son called on all levels, sectors, armed forces, the business community, and people of all ethnic groups throughout the province to work together to successfully achieve the socio-economic goals and tasks for 2021, creating important momentum for the successful implementation of the 5-year socio-economic plan 2021-2025.

*HCon Cuong district is implementingbuild embankments to prevent landslides.The section of the Lam River bank from Khe Thoi to upstream of Chom Lom Bridge, with a length of 515 meters, received a total investment of nearly 17 billion VND from the provincial budget.

*LTraffic flow on National Highway 1A from Hoang Mai towards Vinh.The dump truck dragged the motorbike under its wheels.One person died on the spot. The accident occurred at 9:40 a.m. on December 13th on National Highway 1A at the intersection in Quynh Xuan ward, Hoang Mai town.
