Nghe An: Highlights of March 13th
Provincial leaders participated in early voting with voters in highland villages and inspected election preparations in several localities; checked the progress of the construction of the multi-level rural school; the People's Committee of Nghe An province approved the list of additional beneficiaries from ERPA revenue... These are some of the highlights of the day.
*On the morning of March 13th,Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Khac Than- The Head of the Provincial Election Steering Committee, along with members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, participated in early voting with voters in the border villages of Pha Lom and Huoi Son; they also inspected the progress of the construction of the multi-level boarding school in Tam Thai commune.

* On the morning of March 13th,Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu- The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council attended the early voting at the Huoi Moi village polling station and inspected the progress of the construction of the multi-level school in Tri Le commune. The Huoi Moi village polling station in Tri Le commune has 578 voters, mainly ethnic Mong people, participating in the election.
* On the morning of March 13th,Vo Trong Hai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An Province- The Deputy Head of the Steering Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial Election Committee inspected election preparations in Con Cuong, Nam Dan, Van An, Dai Hue, and Kim Lien communes.
* On the morning of March 13th,Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh- The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation were present at the polling station in Huoi Xui village, Keng Du border commune, to inspect and encourage the Khơ Mú ethnic people to exercise their civic rights.
The Government has just issued Resolution No. 42/NQ-CP dated March 11, 2026, implementing Resolution No. 255/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly on investment policies.Vinh - Thanh Thuy Expressway ProjectAccording to the progress plan attached to the resolution, the project is expected to begin construction in April 2026 and be completed before April 2029. During the approval and implementation process, Nghe An province will continue to review and study ways to shorten the timeline in order to bring the project into operation as soon as possible.
The People's Committee of Nghe An province has just issued Decision No. 784/QD-UBND approving the list of beneficiaries of revenue from the Agreement.Payments for reducing greenhouse gas emissionsAccording to this decision, in Nghe An province, there are 23 forest owners (organizations) with a total managed area of 481,831.79 hectares who are eligible to benefit from the revenue of the Emission Reduction Payment Agreement (ERPA) for the North Central region, supplemented in 2025.
* On the afternoon of March 13th,The Provincial People's Committee held a meeting.Listen to and provide feedback on the draft regulations on the management and use of local budget funds entrusted through the Social Policy Bank for loans to the poor and other policy beneficiaries in the province.
