*SMay 13, in Vinh City, Nghe An Provincial People's Council, term XVII, 2016 - 202121st sessionThe Provincial People's Council passed a Resolution giving opinions onmedium-term public investment planState budget capital for the period 2021-2025; Resolution of the Provincial People's Committee on investment policies for projects and Resolution approving adjustments to investment policies for projects; Resolution approving the list of works and projects requiring land recovery and conversion of rice-growing land use purposes according to the provisions of the Land Law.

The Provincial People's Council also dismissed Major General Vo Trong Hai - former Director of the Provincial Police Department from the position of Provincial People's Committee Member and elected Colonel Pham The Tung - Director of the Provincial Police Department to the position of Provincial People's Committee Member.
