*TPeople's Court of Nghe An Provincethe trial session openedGiàng Seo Hòa (born in 1989; residing in Mường Khương district, Lào Cai province) and Vàng Seo Sử (born in 1996; residing in Mường Khương district, Lào Cai province) were convicted of "illegally transporting narcotics." Based on the quantity of narcotics seized, the Nghệ An Provincial People's Court sentenced Giàng Seo Hòa and Vàng Seo Sử to death.
