*TPeople's Court of Nghe An provinceopen trialGiang Seo Hoa (born in 1989; residing in Muong Khuong district, Lao Cai province) and Vang Seo Su (born in 1996; residing in Muong Khuong district, Lao Cai province) for the crime of “illegally transporting drugs”. With the above amount of drugs, the two defendants Giang Seo Hoa and Vang Seo Su were sentenced to death by the People's Court of Nghe An province.
