At the workshop, scientists and researchers presented papers focusing on re-identifying the prominent characteristics of the people of Nghe An and assessing the value of those characteristics in the current context.

Through analyzing and evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of the Nghe An people's character during the transformation process, experts, scientists, and delegates proposed comprehensive and fundamental solutions to promote strengths and mitigate weaknesses in the Nghe An character, not only to preserve the positive values ​​of the Nghe An people but also to make them increasingly adaptable and suitable to the new socio-economic conditions.

In districts such as Quynh Luu, Do Luong, Yen Thanh, Dien Chau, Nghi Loc, and Vinh City, many land plots have seen auction prices increase by 30-50% compared to the starting price, significantly contributing to increased budget revenue.

*NRecently, the Vietnam Social Security (VSS) hotline has received reports from several citizens about receiving phone calls from strangers with phone numbers starting with 0555..., 8009..., who claimed to be from the VSS agency.

Prior to the above incident,Vietnam Social Security issues a warning.The act of individuals posing as representatives of the Social Insurance agency calling people to inform them of the above information is a scam. Currently, the Social Insurance agency does not conduct any direct phone calls to inform people that they have received medical treatment using their health insurance card or that they have defrauded the health insurance fund, as some people have reported. Therefore, people need to be vigilant and absolutely not comply with any requests from these individuals, especially not transferring money or providing personal information to strangers over the phone.

*TAt noon on September 15th, rescue vessel SAR 411 arrived.towing fishing boatsThe vessel NA 98866 TS, captained by Mr. Nguyen Van Ky, residing in Phu Lien hamlet, Quynh Long commune, Quynh Luu district, Nghe An province, suffered engine failure and safely entered Cua Lo Port. There, the Cua Lo - Ben Thuy Port Border Guard Station, Nghe An Border Guard Command, coordinated with relevant agencies to provide first aid to the injured crew member and transferred him for further treatment.

Earlier, on the night of September 13th, the fishing vessel suffered engine failure at sea and was adrift at coordinates 19034'N - 107005'E (approximately 68 nautical miles east-northeast of Hon Me Island, Thanh Hoa province, and about 21 nautical miles west of the demarcation line in the Gulf of Tonkin). There were 15 crew members on board, one of whom was injured in a work-related accident.
