Nghe An: Highlights on September 15

* Authorized by the Prime Minister, on September 14, 2023, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha signed and issued Decision 1059/QD-TTgApproval of Nghe An Provincial Planningperiod 2021 - 2030, vision to 2050 and takes effect from the date of signing and promulgation.

The plan outlines 5 development perspectives; 3 strategic breakthroughs; Developing 5 pillar industries and fields; Focusing on investment in 6 urban centers.

* On the afternoon of September 15, comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committeereceiving the Ambassador Extraordinary and PlenipotentiaryLao People's Democratic Republic in Vietnam Sengphet Houngboungnuang came to say goodbye on the occasion of the end of his term of office.

At the reception, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung congratulated Ambassador Sengphet Houngboungnuang on successfully completing his term of office in Vietnam, making many important contributions to consolidating, cultivating and deepening the friendship and solidarity, especially between the two Parties and States of Vietnam and Laos and between the localities of the two countries, including Nghe An province.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung received citizen Cao Thi Thuy Tai, residing at Vinh Tea Enterprise's housing area, Hamlet 13, Nghi Kim Commune, Vinh City. The families have worked at Vinh Tea Enterprise for a long time and are currently facing many difficulties in life.

To ensure the legitimate and legal rights of citizens according to regulations, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned Vinh City to establish an inspection team, coordinate with Nghi Kim commune and enterprises to review the entire process of purchasing and pricing assets at Vinh Tea Enterprise of households.
