* Acting on behalf of the Prime Minister, on September 14, 2023, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha signed Decision 1059/QD-TTg.Approval of the Nghe An Provincial PlanningThe period is 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, and it takes effect from the date of signing and promulgation.
The plan outlines five development perspectives; three strategic breakthroughs; the development of five key industries and sectors; and a focus on investing in six urban centers.
