Nghe An: Highlights of March 16th
The meeting of the Steering Committee 35 on protecting the Party's ideological foundation; the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presiding over the regular citizen reception session in March; Nghe An ranking in the top 10 nationwide in the Industrial Production Index for the first two months of 2026... are some of the highlights of the day.
* On the morning of March 16th,Provincial Steering Committee 35The Provincial People's Council held a conference to review the work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation in the past period and to implement some key tasks in the coming period. Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu – Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council – presided over the conference.
* In response to the new requirement to implement "Strengthening comprehensive foreign relations to a new level," the Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Foreign Information Affairs stated...Hoang Nghia HieuIt is proposed that in 2026, the province's external information work should focus on eight key tasks.
* Sáng 16/3, tại Trụ sở Tiếp công dân tỉnh, Vo Trong Hai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An Province chủ trì phiên tiếp công dân định kỳ tháng 3/2026.
* Theo báo cáo từ Ủy ban Bầu cử tỉnh Nghệ An, tại 3.116 khu vực bầu cử, cử tri đi bầu đạt 99,86%; trong đó, có hơn 93% khu vực bầu cử đạt tỷ lệ 100%. Có 83/130 xã, phường có tỷ lệ cử tri đi bầu đạt 100%.
* Chiều 16/3, Bộ Nông nghiệp và Môi trường phối hợp với Bộ Công an tổ chức hội nghị trực tuyến toàn quốc thực hiện Kế hoạch số 628 về phối hợp tuyên truyền, đấu tranh, xử lý, góp phần ngăn chặn các hành vi vi phạm pháp luật liên quan đến bảo vệ các loài động vật hoang dã và bảo vệ nguồn lợi thủy sản tại Việt Nam.

* On March 16th, at Hermann Gmeiner High School (Truong Vinh Ward), the Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Provincial Police, in coordination with the school and relevant units, organized an event.disseminating and popularizing lawsRegarding traffic order and safety, and providing guidance on safe driving skills for staff, teachers, and students.
