Nghe An: Highlights of April 19th

*MEach leadership and management position in the planning process shall not have more than 3 planned officials, and one planned official shall not hold more than 3 positions at the same level. At the district level and above, there must be female officials in the planning for Party committee, leadership, and management positions. This is one of the contents of Regulation No. 15-QĐ/TU onpersonnel planning(Regulation No. 15) issued by the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee. In addition, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee issued Guidance No. 03 - HD/TU providing specific guidance on personnel planning (Guidance No. 03).
