* On the morning of April 19th, the Steering Committee for Mobilizing and Supporting the Construction and Repair of Houses for the Poor and Those Facing Housing Difficulties in Nghe An Province during the 2023-2025 period (Steering Committee 1838) held a meeting.The provincial conference was held in a hybrid format, combining in-person and online participation.Summary of one year of program implementation.
Program 1838 is a major initiative of the Provincial Party Standing Committee that has received the support and high praise of the people; it has been implemented seriously, systematically, scientifically, and decisively; and it has harnessed the internal strength of cadres, Party members, armed forces, businesses, entrepreneurs, and the community. To date, 149 organizations and individuals (including 21 districts, cities, and towns) have registered to mobilize and support the Program through the Standing Agency of the Provincial Steering Committee, contributing 12,100 houses, equivalent to 614.775 billion VND.

The Land Law No. 31/2024/QH15, passed by the 5th extraordinary session of the 15th National Assembly, consists of 16 chapters and 260 articles and will take effect from January 1, 2025. Following the promulgation of the Land Law, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 222/QD-TTg to implement the plan, requiring localities to develop and issue implementation plans before July 1, 2024.

This year marks the first time the Primary, Secondary & High School of Pedagogical Practice - Vinh University is enrolling 10th grade students, who will study under an advanced model.
