Five districts and towns have disbursement rates above 80%, including: Cua Lo town (89.81%), Tan Ky (89.28%), Dien Chau (81.12%), Anh Son (81.02%), and Con Cuong (80.54%).

*TSchools in the mountainous areas of Nghe An willbeat the drum to signalIn case of unexpected flood releases from hydroelectric dams, to adapt to specific situations and local realities, some schools in the mountainous areas of Nghe An province have agreed on a plan: when a hydroelectric dam releases floodwater unexpectedly, the schools will issue an emergency signal with a continuous drum roll. All students and teachers will immediately move along a trail to the mountaintop behind the school.

*GThe world's best-tasting rice variety, named ST25, was successfully developed and selected by a team led by Engineer Ho Quang Cua – former Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Soc Trang province. It was recognized as a new rice variety by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and ranked as the world's best-tasting rice variety in 2019 by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). Currently, this variety is produced by the General Corporation of Agricultural Materials.Successful trial in Nghe An.
