*TPrime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed a telegram.Decision No. 290/CD-TTg urges ministries, sectors, and localities to implement urgent tasks in the program for economic and social recovery and development.
The official dispatch states: To ensure the decisive and synchronized implementation and immediate effectiveness of the Program for Economic and Social Recovery and Development (the Program) as stipulated in Resolution No. 11/NQ-CP dated January 30, 2022, on the Program, and to implement Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15 of the National Assembly on fiscal and monetary policies supporting the Program, the Prime Minister issued Official Dispatches No. 126/CĐ-TTg dated February 12, 2022, and No. 252/CĐ-TTg dated March 16, 2022, requesting ministries, agencies, and localities to implement the tasks and solutions set forth in Resolution No. 11/NQ-CP dated January 30, 2022, more decisively and effectively.

On March 24, 2022, the Ministry of Transport issued Decision 372/QD-BGTVT.Interim guidelines on organizing domestic flightsRegular passenger transport services ensure safe adaptation, flexibility, and effective control of the Covid-19 pandemic.
According to this Decision, Vietnamese airlines are allowed to operate flights at frequencies based on market demand, airline capacity, and in accordance with airport infrastructure and air traffic control infrastructure.
