August 2ndComrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh- The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province led a provincial delegation to directly visit the isolated villages in Tuong Duong and Luong Minh communes to direct flood relief efforts and to visit, encourage, and provide assistance to the local government and people.

*Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs DepartmentAnd the Niềm Tin (Faith) volunteer group provided assistance to flood victims in the communes of Tương Dương, Hữu Kiệm, and Mường Típ.
