"People's CommitteeNghe An province is ready to create favorable conditions to support Nghe An citizens who are working, living and studying to return to their hometown.(if needed), and the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs has been assigned to directly coordinate the implementation of welcoming citizens back home," the document of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee stated.

*SOn July 20, the People's Court of Nghe An province opened a first-instance criminal trial of defendant Nguyen Van Lam, born on July 25, 1970; native place: Nam Dan district; permanent residence: Vinh Yen block, Dong Vinh ward (Vinh city). Lam was tried for the crime of "Making, storing, disseminating or propagating information and documents aimed at opposing the Socialist Republic of Vietnam" as prescribed in Article 117 of the Penal Code.
