August 20thFirst Extraordinary SessionThe 16th National Assembly entered its 13th day of work. In the morning, the National Assembly discussed in the plenary session the National Target Program for socio-cultural development, rural areas, ethnic minorities, and mountainous regions for the period 2026-2035. In the afternoon, the National Assembly discussed in groups three draft laws: the amended Penal Code; the amended Criminal Procedure Code; and the amended Law on the Organization of Criminal Investigation Agencies.
