*CThe Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue - has just issued Official Dispatch No. 37/CĐ-UBND regarding the following:Mitigating the consequences of floods and heavy rains.The directive requests that People's Committees at all levels, mass organizations, and other organizations visit and encourage families affected by accidents, families receiving preferential treatment, and families severely damaged by the recent floods; allocate contingency funds from the district to provide support as prescribed; guide the people to help each other overcome damage to houses, property, and the environment; restore rice, corn, and vegetable production affected by flooding; repair schools; and restore clean water facilities to serve the people's daily needs...

*KYen Son mobilizes the people.to a safe place to take shelter.Due to continuous heavy rain over the past few days, the risk of landslides threatens the lives and property of 225 households and nearly 1,400 people in the villages. Local Party committees and authorities have coordinated with the working group of the Ky Son District People's Committee to visit households, especially those in villages at risk of landslides, to encourage 100% of the people to move to safe shelters.
