*NOn the second working day of the 10th session of the 14th National Assembly, the National Assembly considered and gave opinions on the Draft Law on Residence (amended) and the Draft Law on Vietnam Border Guard. At this working session, the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An provincehave many contributionssupplemented to the Draft Law on Residence (amended) to create the most favorable conditions for citizens when carrying out administrative procedures.

*CThe Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention, Control and Search and Rescue has just issued Official Dispatch No. 37/CD-UBND onovercoming the consequences of floods. The telegram requests the People's Committees at all levels, unions, and organizations to visit and encourage families with accident victims, families with meritorious services, and families that suffered heavy losses in the recent floods, and to allocate the district's reserve fund to support according to regulations; instruct people to help each other overcome damage to houses, property, environmental sanitation, restore flooded rice, corn, and vegetable production; repair schools, and repair clean water facilities to serve people's daily life...

*KI Son mobilized peopleto safe shelter. Due to the continuous rain over the past few days, the risk of landslides has threatened the lives and property of 225 households and nearly 1,400 people in the villages. The local Party Committee and authorities have coordinated with the working group of the Ky Son District People's Committee to visit households, especially villages at risk of landslides, to mobilize 100% of the people to go to safe shelters.
