*NOn May 21, voters in the mountainous districts of Nghe An, Ky Son, Tuong Duong, Que Phong, and Con Cuong, went to vote early at 207 polling stations, accounting for 6.05% of the total number of polling stations in the province. In Con Cuong district,thousands of voters in Tra Lan regionexcited to vote; Que Phong has nearly 4,000 votersparticipate in early votingin 10 areas of special difficulty; In Ky Son there aremore than 30,000 voters in 16 border communesparticipate in early voting; Meanwhile, Tuong Duongearly voting held in 30 precinctsbelonging to Nhon Mai, Mai Son, Huu Khuong and Luong Minh communes with the participation of nearly 5,100 voters.
