Responding to press questions about three draft laws, including the Law on Ensuring Security and Order at the Grassroots Level; the Law on Road Traffic; and the Law on Ensuring Road Traffic Safety, Mr. Nguyen Truong Giang, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Law Committee, said, "The National Assembly has not yet made a decision; this is only a preliminary survey. The majority suggested not separating the laws. Based on the survey results, the Secretary General of the National Assembly has issued a document notifying the opinions on these three draft laws, requesting further research and reporting to the Standing Committee of the National Assembly and then to the National Assembly."
