These are some of the highlights of July 21st.

*On the morning of July 21st,The Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Party organized a meeting in person.The conference was held online nationwide to study and understand Resolution No. 5 of the 13th Central Committee of the Party. In Nghe An, the conference was held online at 632 locations with 15,401 delegates in attendance. Comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation, and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - presided over the main conference at the main location.
