*Morning of July 21,The Central Party Secretariat held a live conference.and online nationwide to study and thoroughly grasp the Resolution of the 5th Central Committee, 13th tenure of the Party. In Nghe An, the conference was held online to 632 connecting points with 15,401 delegates attending. Comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council chaired at the main connecting point.
