* Day 23On October 10th, the Nghe An Center for Disease Control (CDC) reported: In the past 24 hours (from 6:00 PM on October 22nd to 6:00 PM on October 23rd), Nghe An27 new positive cases were recorded.Regarding Covid-19, there was 1 community case in Vinh City, and 26 cases that had been previously isolated (25 cases returning from southern provinces, and 1 case being a close contact).

*SOn October 23rd, Vinh Medical University organized an event.Opening ceremony for the 2021-2022 school year.

Not long ago, the school held a graduation ceremony for 889 students, with 94.8% achieving good or excellent grades. During the academic year, there were 20 basic-level research projects, with 8 lecturers participating in 4 projects recognized as provincial-level innovations; 3 projects won the Nghe An Provincial Science and Technology Innovation Award. The school completed its external evaluation and received certification for educational institution accreditation according to the standards of the Ministry of Education and Training.

*NOn October 23rd, the Nghi Loc District Police in Nghe An Province, in coordination with the Nghi Thinh Commune Police, summoned an individual who used Facebook.providing false informationRegarding the Covid-19 pandemic.

Previously, on October 21st, through a review of social media, the Nghi Loc District Police discovered that the personal Facebook page of NHV had posted false information about the Covid-19 pandemic. The post read, "It's over, everyone! Nghi Thach and the entire People's Committee have been infected with F0." After being posted, this false information caused panic and anxiety among the public.
