*DRelated developments in Nghe An province over the past few days. Two COVID-19 outbreaks have emerged. The situation is relatively complex at two garment factories, including ABC Thanh Tien Garment Company in Thanh Chuong district and Nam Thuan Garment Company in Dien Chau district, with nearly 300 F0 cases.
Given the large number of F0 and F1 cases, Thanh Chuong district also directed the entire ABC Thanh Tien Company to temporarily suspend production, closely monitor the health of workers, and conduct regular testing during the temporary suspension period. The company will only be allowed to resume operations when the epidemic situation is under control.
Meanwhile, Dien Chau district has sent F0 cases to treatment facilities and isolated F1 cases according to regulations, assigning local authorities to monitor the home isolation of workers. It is known that the district has directed the testing of all workers at the company, totaling over 1,500 people.
With the principle of containing outbreaks wherever they occur, Dien Chau district currently allows the company to operate, provided it ensures compliance with disease prevention and control requirements. However, departments where F0 cases have been detected or are at high risk will temporarily cease operations until further notice.
