Nghe An: Highlights of November 25th

*SOn November 25th, the delegates to the 15th National Assembly included comrades: Thai Thanh Quy - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; and Thai Van Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Education and Training.Meeting with voters in Vinh Tan wardIn Vinh City, Nghe An province, following the 2nd session of the Provincial Party Committee, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Thai Thanh Quy, directly discussed and answered questions raised by voters. He shared the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic on the province, including Vinh City – considered the most affected locality in the province. Delegate Thai Thanh Quy also expressed his hope that voters would cooperate with all levels and sectors in all areas, especially in urban management.

*COn the afternoon of November 25th, a conference was held in Vinh City.Commendation of exemplary and reputable individuals.This is the third time that influential figures among ethnic minorities in Nghe An province have been recognized, in 2021. During the period 2019-2021, the number of influential figures among ethnic minorities in Nghe An was 3,718, including various groups: village elders, village heads, hamlet leaders, village/hamlet Party branch secretaries, clan leaders, veterans, retired provincial, district, and commune-level officials, outstanding producers, etc.

At the conference, the Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 8 influential individuals who achieved outstanding results, and 182 other exemplary influential individuals were also commended by the Provincial Ethnic Affairs Committee, in order to recognize and honor the contributions of this group over the past period.

*NOn November 25th, the Provincial People's Committee held its regular monthly meeting for November 2021. Information presented at this meeting indicated that Nghe An province is projected to have...22 out of 28 targets were met or exceeded.proposed. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also stated.5 solutions to boost developmentThe socio-economic situation in 2022 will be implemented flexibly, effectively, and safely in preventing and controlling the epidemic, combined with economic recovery and development. Programs and projects will be implemented to achieve the goals set by the 19th Provincial Party Congress. The Provincial People's Committee also approved the draft Resolution stipulating the mechanism.Tuition fee support for the first semester.The 2021-2022 school year for preschool and primary school students in Nghe An province was affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

*DHe was trading cattle and then "carrying" drugs.man sentenced to deathThat is Tho Ba Tong (born in 1998), residing in Tri Le commune, Que Phong district, charged with "illegally trading narcotics". The first-instance trial of this defendant was held by the Nghe An Provincial People's Court on the morning of November 25th.
