Nghe An: Highlights of July 27th
Activities commemorating the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2026); Launching the "Creative Entrepreneurship for Farmers in Nghe An Province" competition in 2026; Nghe An increases enrollment quotas for grade 10 by more than 3,400 in the 2026-2027 school year... are some of the highlights of the day.
* On the afternoon of July 27th, to commemorate the 79th anniversary of the Day of War Invalids and Martyrs, in Nghe An province, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, in coordination with the Ministry of Interior and Vingroup Corporation, organized a program.Donating houses to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and disabled veterans of category 1/4.in the communes of Nam Dan, Kim Lien, Thien Nhan, Dai Hue, and Van An.
* To commemorate the 79th anniversary of the Day of War Invalids and Martyrs (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2026), on the morning of July 27,Delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An ProvinceOrganizing ceremonies to lay flowers and offer incense in remembrance and gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh and the heroic martyrs.
* On the morning of July 27th,Comrade Nguyen Khac Than- The Central Committee member, Provincial Party Secretary, and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation visited, encouraged, and presented gifts to express gratitude to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and wounded soldiers in Truong Vinh and Thanh Vinh wards.
* On the morning of July 27th, in commemoration of the 79th anniversary of the War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2026) and in anticipation of the 9th Congress of the Nghe An Provincial Journalists Association,Executive Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Journalists AssociationA ceremony was held to lay flowers and offer incense in commemoration of the 555 heroic martyrs who were revolutionary Vietnamese journalists, enshrined at Da Pagoda (Au Lac Ancient Temple), Vinh Loc Ward.
* On the same day,Nghe An Province Association for Supporting Families of MartyrsIn coordination with sponsoring units and the authorities of Quan Thanh, Kim Bang, and Nghia Hanh communes, they organized visits to express gratitude and provide financial support for the construction of charitable houses for the relatives of martyrs in the area.
Among the nearly 11,000 graves at the Vietnam-Laos International Martyrs' Cemetery, there is one grave that leaves anyone who stops by speechless.The stone tablet bears not just one, but two names.Martyrs Lê Văn Tự and Trần Đình Hiền.
* The Nghe An Provincial Farmers' Association launchesThe "Nghe An Province Innovative Farmer Entrepreneurship Competition"The goal for 2026 is to seek out and support innovative startup ideas and projects in the agricultural sector, contributing to promoting the application of science and technology, digital transformation, increasing production value, and developing a sustainable rural economy.

The People's Committee of Nghe An province has decidedThe number of places available for 10th grade has increased by over 3,400.for the 2026-2027 school year. As a result, many schools have lowered their admission scores, increasing the chances of admission for more students.
