Nghe An: Highlights on November 3

The Provincial People's Committee has approved the draft Resolution on adjustment.public investment plan2019 extended to 2020 and the 2020 public investment plan associated with the adjustment of the 2016-2020 medium-term public investment plan; draft Resolution Promulgating regulations on principles, criteria and norms for allocating public investment capital from the state budget for the period 2021-2025 in Nghe An province; The Provincial People's Committee also approved a draft Resolution stipulating a number of specific mechanisms and policies to support Nam Dan district in socio-economic development for the period 2021-2025.

*TIn other developments, according to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, at 4:00 a.m. on November 3,Storm No. 10 has entered the East Sea; the center of the storm is located at about 15.0 degrees North latitude; 115.5 degrees East longitude, about 450km East Southeast of Hoang Sa archipelago. The strongest wind near the center of the storm is level 8 (60-75km/h), gusting to level 10. The radius of strong winds from level 6, gusting to level 8 or higher is about 140km from the center of the storm.

In the next 24 hours, the storm is forecast to move in a West-Southwest direction, traveling 10km per hour. At 4am on November 4, the storm's eye was at about 14.3 degrees North latitude; 113.2 degrees East longitude, about 290km South-Southeast of Hoang Sa archipelago. The strongest wind near the storm's eye is level 8-9 (60-90km/h), gusting to level 11.

*Sin Education and Training just announcedProvincial excellent student exam results grade 122020-2021 school year. A customer in Thai Hoa Town went to a restaurant to eat and forgot his wallet containing more than 150 million VND. Out of greed, the restaurant owner hid the customer's money in an attempt to steal it, but was unable to get past the community security camera system.

In 2018, Kim Tan block (Thai Hoa town) installed a community security camera system using socialized resources. In addition to mobilizing support from local businesses, each household contributed 200,000 VND to install more than 20 cameras on internal roads along with storage systems and internet, with a total value of nearly 130 million VND. Through camera extraction, 7 cases of firecrackers were detected, and the perpetrators of many petty thefts and traffic accidents were caught and fled...
