Nghe An: Highlights on May 3

That is, the authorities were tracing some F1 cases of those who tested positive for nCoV2; requiring people to make medical declarations after visiting places with Covid-19 patients. In addition, the event that attracted public attention was the Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee visiting and encouraging the family of a male student who drowned while saving his friend.
*SOn May 3, comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee led a working delegation of the province to visitVisit, encourage and express condolences to Nguyen Van Nha's family.(Born in 1998, residing in Quynh Yen commune, Quynh Luu district).
On behalf of the provincial leaders, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung sent his deepest condolences to Nguyen Van Nha's family. Nha's selfless act of saving a drowning person is a brave act that deserves to be commended.
As reported, on the afternoon of April 30, while swimming at the beach in Phu Thuan commune (Phu Vang district, Thua Thien - Hue province), Nguyen Van Nha (4th year student, University of Science - Hue University) discovered 3 female friends being swept away by waves from the shore, so he swam out to rescue them. After saving the 3 female friends to shore, Nha was exhausted and was swept away by the waves, causing his death.

*TAt the 20th session, the People's Council of Nghe An province, term XVII,unanimously approved the project implementation policy“Priority infrastructure and urban development adapting to climate change in Vinh city, Nghe An province”.
The project has a total estimated investment of VND 4,514 billion, equivalent to USD 195 million. Of which, the World Bank loan is USD 130 million, domestic counterpart capital is USD 65 million. The project is divided into 4 components. The project implementation period is 6 years (2022 - 2027).

In that situation, the Chairman of Vinh City People's Committee issued urgent Official Dispatch No. 2330/UBND-YT. The Official Dispatch requested all people to return to Vinh from provinces and cities across the country after the April 30 and May 1 holidays.mandatory medical declarationat the health stations of the ward or commune where they are staying. For those who have symptoms of fever, cough, difficulty breathing or other suspected symptoms of Covid-19 infection, they should immediately go to the nearest medical facility or the health station of the ward or commune for timely instructions and treatment according to regulations.

*LRegarding the tracing of the case of a Chinese expert who tested positive for Covid-19, authorities determined that,There is a female interpreter working at VSIP Nghe An who is F1.of the above Chinese expert. This F1 was on the same flight with the Chinese expert from Hanoi to Da Nang. The female interpreter currently resides in Khoa Da hamlet, Hung Tay commune, Hung Nguyen district.
Hung Nguyen District Medical Center took a sample of the female interpreter and sent it to Nghe An Province Center for Disease Control for testing. The first test result showed negative for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

*CThe Nghe An Provincial Police Investigation Agency has issued a decision.initiate a case, prosecute the accused and detainagainst Cao Trong Phu for "Murder" and urgently investigate and expand on a number of other related acts.
Previously, as reported, at around 8:00 a.m. on April 30, 2021, a shooting occurred at the gate of the private home of Cao Trong Phu (born in 1962), residing in Hamlet 7, Nghi Kim Commune, Vinh City, Nghe An Province, causing the deaths of Dang Ngoc Anh (born in 1956), residing in Ward 1, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, and Ngo Quang Hung (born in 1979), residing in Vinh Tan Ward, Vinh City, Nghe An Province. The shooter took the gun into the house after committing the crime and barricaded himself.
