On August 28, 2020, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee issued Decision No. 3938-QD/TU on the transfer and appointment of Comrade Nguyen Thi Thom, acting Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, to the Party Committee and Standing Committee of Hung Nguyen District Party Committee, and to the position of Secretary of Hung Nguyen District Party Committee, for the term 2020-2025. *SOn September 3rd, to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2nd, 1945 – September 2nd, 2020), the Kim Lien Historical Site held a ceremony to inaugurate and hand over the completed project.embankment to prevent landslides at the foot of the mountain.The tomb of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan.

The construction of the embankment to prevent landslides at the foot of the mountain near the tomb of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan has a total investment of over 2 billion VND and a length of 221.57m. The project includes the construction of 180m of new rainwater drainage ditches along the embankment wall; the construction of new flowerbed barriers with a length of 53.12m; the reinforcement of the bottom of the rainwater drainage ditches along the access and exit paths and internal ditches, and the re-filling of the mortar joints with a total ditch length of 1,572.95m. The project also involves excavating the slope to create a level surface for planting trees with a length of 36.68m and a width of 7m. New trees will be planted along the foot of the mountain to prevent erosion and enhance the landscape. The project was constructed over 79 days, from June 1st, 2020 to August 18th, 2020.

*TInformation from the Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Provincial Police indicates thatduring the National Day holiday(2/9), traffic order and safety in the province are stable, with no traffic congestion or other unexpected incidents.

During the holiday period, no traffic accidents occurred throughout the province (compared to the same period in 2019, all three criteria decreased: number of incidents, number of deaths, and number of injuries). Traffic police conducted 69 patrol and control operations, issued administrative violation reports for 127 cases; and simultaneously issued fines for 56 cases, transferring 12,750,000 VND to the Treasury for collection.
