At the Nghe An provincial branch, attendees included: Nguyen Khac Than - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Vo Trong Hai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.

*Gold prices on the afternoon of September 3, 2026The prevailing downward pressure was observed. The selling price of gold bars at most businesses fell to 147.4 million VND/ounce, down by as much as 1.3 million VND compared to the previous update. At SJC, gold bars dropped sharply by 1.3 million VND/ounce in both buying and selling prices. PNJ Hanoi also lowered the price by 1.3 million VND/ounce for each transaction.
