Nghe An: Highlights of December 4th

*TBased on the total staffing quota allocated by the Ministry of Interior to the province, the Provincial People's Committeedevelop staffing plansThe Provincial People's Council will consider and decide on the allocation of personnel for state administrative agencies and organizations in 2022, including increases and decreases in some agencies and organizations.

This content will be included in the agenda of the 4th Session of the 18th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026, taking place over three days from December 7-9, 2021. The Provincial People's Council will consider and approve a resolution on the allocation of civil servant positions and the standardization of contract workers under Decree No. 68/2000/ND-CP in state administrative agencies and organizations of Nghe An province for the year 2022.

*SOn December 4th, Tuoi Tre Newspaper, in collaboration with the Youth Unions of four provinces: Nghe An, Quang Binh, Ha Tinh, and Thanh Hoa, organized an event.Award ceremony and scholarship presentation"Supporting Students to School" is a program for 68 disadvantaged new university students in the North Central region. Of these, 20 students from Nghe An province received scholarships.

*CAlso related to youth volunteer activities, in 2021, Nghe An had 2 individuals among the top 50 outstanding individuals who received awards.National Volunteer AwardThe group includes: Nguyen Thi Ha Giang (born in 1989) - Member of the Executive Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union, Deputy Secretary of the Vinh University Youth Union; Lo Khanh Khang (born in 1989) - Secretary of the Ky Son District Treasury Youth Union Branch, Head of the Ky Son Volunteer Club, Vice President of the Ky Son District Youth Union. *TIn a related development, following the discovery of a Covid-19 infection case living in Gia Thinh Phat apartment building, Block 11, Ben Thuy Ward (Vinh City), local authorities haveThey proceeded to lock down the 12th floor.of this apartment building with 9 households, and samples were also taken from 18 people in the area on the morning of December 4th.

According to the Ben Thuy ward authorities, the patient works as a sales representative for a dairy company and has recently been involved in market research and product promotion at several locations. Currently, the local authorities have identified 11 F1 contacts residing in Ben Thuy ward, and contact tracing is ongoing for other F1 contacts outside the ward who had contact with the patient during work or travel.

*SOn December 4th, Vinh City organized the program.Introducing and connecting OCOP products.and the signature products of Vinh City and stimulating consumer demand in 2021.

The program features 37 participating units with over 300 items, including 12 products that meet OCOP standards from 3 to 5 stars, and 25 units showcasing typical products of the city in 28 booths.

The program also included a signing ceremony for cooperation agreements on the consumption of OCOP products and specialty products of Vinh City between supermarkets, retail systems and businesses, and production facilities, aiming to bring these products closer to larger markets and make them more widely known to consumers.
