August 5thFirst extraordinary session of the 16th National AssemblyEntering the third working day, in the morning, National Assembly delegates from Nghe An province held group discussions on three draft laws: the Law on Mediation at the Grassroots Level (amended); the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Publishing Law; and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Vietnamese Workers Working Abroad under Contract.
