Nghe An: Highlights September 6

*On the morning of September 6, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Phuc - Politburo member, President and the delegation visited the Kim Lien National Special Relic Site, Nam Dan (Nghe An).offering flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh. Attending the ceremony were comrade Nguyen Sinh Hung - former Politburo member, former Chairman of the National Assembly; Politburo members: Vo Van Thuong - Standing member of the Secretariat, Tran Thanh Man - Standing Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, Nguyen Van Nen - Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee. Also attending were comrade Vu Duc Dam - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister and leaders of central departments, ministries, branches and some provinces and cities.

*On the morning of September 6, in Hung Thong commune (Hung Nguyen district), Nghe An province solemnly heldCelebration of the 120th birthday of General Secretary Le Hong Phong(September 6, 1902 - September 6, 2022). Comrade Le Hong Phong's birth name was Le Huy Doan. He was a member of the Communist International Executive Committee, General Secretary of the Indochinese Communist Party, a staunch communist soldier, a typical and talented leader of the Party and the Vietnamese revolution, one of the outstanding students of President Ho Chi Minh, an outstanding son of his hometown Nghe An.
