Introducing new measures in the spirit of sharing and supporting Ha Tinh province, ensuring effective epidemic prevention for both Nghe An and Ha Tinh, but absolutely not creating a situation of "blocking rivers and banning markets".

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee proposed to temporarily suspend passenger transport activities departing from Nghe An province to Ha Tinh province (and vice versa), including: bus routes, fixed routes, taxis, contracted tourist vehicles; temporarily suspend non-essential service activities: restaurants, food and beverage establishments, coffee shops, hair salons, beauty salons in the following areas: Vinh City, Cua Lo Town; Nghi Loc District, Hung Nguyen District, Nam Dan District (food and beverage businesses are allowed to sell to customers for take-out). In addition, temporarily suspend driver testing and training activities in the above 5 localities.
