*NOn August 7th, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union made the decision.Posthumously awarded the "Brave Youth" badge.We honor Lieutenant Nguyen Van Chien, a police officer from Quynh Luu district, who bravely sacrificed his life while performing his duties in controlling and preventing the Covid-19 pandemic.

Previously, on the evening of August 6, 2021, while on duty at a COVID-19 control checkpoint in Quynh Van commune, Quynh Luu district, Lieutenant Nguyen Van Chien (born in 1995, an officer of the Security Team, Quynh Luu District Police) unfortunately had an accident.

*VIn the early morning of August 8, 2021, in Dong Son block, Kim Son town, Que Phong district...A serious crime occurred.

According to initial information, at the time mentioned, a young man climbed over the fence into the house of Mr. V.D.M in Dong Son block, Kim Son town, then went up to the bedroom on the second floor and repeatedly stabbed Mr. M's daughter, VNA (born in 2004); he then stabbed Mr. M's wife, Ms. ATD (born in 1985), leaving both in critical condition.

Through initial verification, the Criminal Investigation Agency of Que Phong District Police determined that the suspect involved was Lang Kim The Vinh (born in 2004), residing in Bac Son Hamlet, Kim Son Town, Que Phong District.
